About Me: Artists : illaflows a.k.a. illa aka dj k. quick age : 100 sign: Scorpio I grew up in THE DEARBORN HOMES PROJECTS , I started entertaining since I was a child, dancing all the time , doing talent shows , break dancing etc. with close family & community neighbors . Uniting with JAY R VALENTINO forming the group L.O.S.T. (LOTS OF SERIOUS TALK )we began performing in community functions , talent showcases etc to get noticed as a serious rap group in Chicago which lead me into learning many forms of music ..I then began DJ..ing with top community DJ..s such as : DJ.DEVO ( 4444 state ) , DJ EMMANUEL ( 4800 S STATE ) just to name a few...I then united with many artists who called themselves the CHI- ROCK- NATION in which Chicago..s own D.A. SMART was a member who I later learned true hip hop rapping & culture with under the guidance of pioneer poet/ activist DOCTOR GROOVE who arranged / booked / managed & mentored us in this music/ entertainment along with Chicago..s own THE LEGENDARY TRAXSTE
